Commonly used by athletes suffering from conditions such as golfers elbow and tennis elbow, the EpiTrain® Elbow Support uses compression and stimulation to relieve pressure and pain. The special compression sleeve contains visco-elastic pads that activate and stimulate the muscles, and two shaped inserts that surround the lateral and medial epicondyles of the elbow. These inserts exert a gentle compression to the tissues of the elbow joint and relieve pressure on the epicondyles. As a result, blood circulation is improved which can reduce swelling and irritation. Injured muscle is treated and the area around the elbow can breath due to the breathable knit sleeve.
