Most items sold by Ultimate Bracing & Clinical Supplies can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that are non-returnable and/or non-refundable include:
- Electrodes
- Skin Care Items, Topical Creams
- Taping Supplies
- Compression Shorts
- Hosiery & Socks
- Groin Braces and Parts
- Support Bras
- Posture Shirts
- Custom & Semi-Custom Made Products
- Cold Therapy Units and Parts
- Individual Metatarsal Pads
- Any item that has been worn and is not in new condition
For items that are returned, there is a 15% restocking fee when you are refunded. For items that are exchanged for another product, the restocking fee is waived. You will simply be responsible for the shipping fees and the price difference between items if applicable.
To return or exchange a product:
- Be sure that you are within the 30 day window to process your return
- Check to make sure your item is not on the non-returnable and/or non-refundable list.
- Send an email to info@ultimatebracing.ca with the following information:
- Order/Invoice #
- Billing First Name, Billing Last Name
- Email Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Specific product to return
- Reason for return
- An Ultimate Bracing representative will contact you
