Ultimate Bracing & Clinical Supplies is a leading distributor of orthopaedic and sports medicine bracing products.  Our goal it to provide online customers with information and options when looking for an effective brace or support for their injury.

Our customer service representatives will gladly answer any questions you may have about a particular product or brace.  However, if you are unsure of what product to choose, require a diagnosis or completion of forms for insurance purposes, please consult a healthcare provider such as a sports medicine physician, physiotherapist or chiropractor before placing an order.

The prices listed on this site do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees.  Ultimatebracing.ca accepts Visa and Master Card payments.  All available items can be ordered via http://www.ultimatebracing.ca

International Orders

At this time Ultimate Bracing & Clinical Supplies ships within Canada only.  We do not currently ship to international destinations.

Sizing Information

Ultimate Bracing & Clinical Supplies provides sizing charts that are recommended by the manufacturer of the product. We cannot guarantee sizing but we make our best effort to try to get you the correct brace the first time.  If not, we can always help you exchange it for another size.  Customers are responsible for shipping both ways if there is a sizing issue with the product.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours for in-stock merchandise purchased before 12pm EST Monday to Friday.  Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, excluding statutory/public holidays.  If a product is out of stock or backordered, the customer will be notified and a replacement product will be recommended.  The shipping cost for most items is based on the item’s size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.

Delivery Time

The total delivery time for your order is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time. Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when it leaves the warehouse. Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.  Ultimate Bracing & Clinical Supplies is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather.

Shipping Address

Ultimate Bracing & Clinical Supplies will make every effort to ship to the correct shipping address.  In order to accurately ship your order we ask customers to provide accurate shipping information.  Any errors, misspellings or omissions in the address should be avoided or it may cause your order to be returned. Orders that are returned to Ultimate Bracing due to an invalid address provided by the customer will require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped.

Return/Exchange Policy

MOST items sold by Ultimate Bracing & Clinical Supplies can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please see below for a list of non-returnable and/or non-refundable items.

For items that are returned, there is a 15% restocking fee when you are refunded.

For items that are exchanged for another product, the restocking fee is waived.  You will simply be responsible for the shipping fees and the price difference between items if applicable.

Please follow the instructions below to return or exchange your item:

Brace Return/Exchange:

  • Be sure that you are within the 30 day window to process your return
  • Check to make sure your item is not on the non-returnable and/or non-refundable list.
  • Send an email to info@ultimatebracing.ca with the following information:
    • Order/Invoice #
    • Billing First Name, Billing Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Contact Phone Number
    • Specific product to return
    • Reason for return
  • An Ultimate Bracing representative will contact you

Items that are non-returnable and/or non-refundable include:

  • Electrodes
  • Skin Care Items, Topical Creams
  • Taping Supplies
  • Compression Shorts
  • Hosiery & Socks
  • Groin Braces and Parts
  • Support Bras
  • Posture Shirts
  • Custom & Semi-Custom Made Products
  • Cold Therapy Units and Parts
  • Individual Metatarsal Pads
  • Any item that has been worn and is not in new condition

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order once it has already been placed, simply login to your account and make the cancellation.  If the item has already been processed and shipped, a cancellation through your account cannot occur.  Instead, follow the steps noted in the refund/exchange policy once you’ve received the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For items that are eligible for a refund/exchange there is a 15% restocking fee when you are refunded.  You will be responsible for shipping fees for any refunded/returned items. 

You Were Sent The Wrong Item

Product Warranty

All of our manufacturers provide the highest quality products available and we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their product.  If there is a defect in your product because of materials or workmanship, please contact us immediately at info@ultimatebracing.ca and a customer service representative will follow up with a solution.
