The GenuTrain A3 has all of the features of the GenuTrain, with added support provided for the patella. The sleeve of the A3 provides controlled compression throughout the knee, and the design around the patella helps to relieve pressure that can build up in the area with injury. Proprioception is increased due to the centreing of the patella with movement. Furthermore, nodules on the silicone insert help activate several key muscles. The GenuTrain A3 helps increase knee joint function while keeping it cool and comfortable for the user.
