For those who require a brace that is strong enough to stabilize the medial and lateral aspects of the knee without the use of a bulky metal frame, the Bauerfeind GenuTrain® S knee support is for you. The sleeve of the brace is similar to the GenuTrain® with the addition of two thermoplastic side bars that are situated to provide superior stability to the ligaments of the knee. The GenuTrain® S is low profile and can fit under clothing and sporting equipment. It can also be shaped according to the contours of the user’s knee, allowing for a secure and comfortable fit.
